OMEK EVENTS
2020 – 2023
Each year, Omek hosts hundreds of online and in-person events from workshops to multi-day summits. These events offer unique bicultural perspectives, creating a sense of belonging, purpose and growth for the community and allies.
Approach
These events are designed for Omek members to engage, inspire and share unique perspectives. The topics intersect personal, professional and cultural experiences.
As an integrated part of the Omek team, I worked closely with the events, community and brand teams to build event strategy, partnerships, websites and visual communications.
Impact
Since its launch in 2019, Omek has continually grown the scale and scope of events. In 2023, the team hosted hundreds online and in-person events. Collaborations across years include 20 global brands, 100 community partners and 400+ speakers and thought-leaders.
