Omek’s custom Talent Programs provide an alternate approach hiring, shortening the process through a tailored search, hands-on workshops and open dialogue about experience and background.

Approach

Omek worked closely with Nike’s hiring and business teams to understand their unique asks and challenges. The program kicked off with Omek’s recruitment team carefully selecting a group of top candidates from the tech and digital field.

Over six weeks, candidates engaged with Nike's leadership and recruitment teams. They participated in workshops, tackled assignments and gained first-hand insights into Nike's work environment.

Impact

An open role at Nike was quickly filled by one of the program candidates. Additionally, 70% were shortlisted for future job openings. This program not only provided support to the Omek community but also fostered a sense of unity and focus across Nike’s departments and teams.
